STEAM HOSE

STEAM HOSE is an industrial hose designed specifically for steam applications, requiring resistance to high heat, high pressure, and moisture. Key features:

•High heat resistance: continuous operation at ~170-210°C (peak slightly higher)
•Pressure rated: typically 10-20 BAR (burst pressure ~3-4x working pressure)
•3-layer construction: EPDM rubber + wire/fabric reinforcement + weather-resistant outer cover
•Resistant to steam, hot water, moisture, and heat degradation
•Environmental resistance: ozone, UV, and abrasion resistant
•Good flexibility, but do not exceed minimum bend radius
•Suitable for BOILER systems, food processing, chemical cleaning, and steam washing
•High safety focus — must use correct fittings and specifications
